Chris has over 15 years of client-facing experience, including 2.5 years with Century 21 Gibraltar, and more than a decade in sales and customer service. Specialising in rentals and property management, he provides clear, honest guidance across buying, selling, renting, and investing, while leading our day-to-day management services in close collaboration with landlords and investors. His role focuses on protecting property value, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering smooth, efficient operations.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Chris ensures clear communication with clients, tenants, and stakeholders at every stage. From tenant support and maintenance coordination to long-term investment strategy, his client-focused approach, strong work ethic, and personable nature help build lasting relationships and deliver measurable results in Gibraltar’s property market.
