Joyce Newman is the Owner and Founder of Century 21 Gibraltar, established in 2012. With extensive experience in real estate, business leadership, and governance, Joyce played a central role in building the company’s foundations, values, and long-term strategic direction.

While no longer involved in the day-to-day operations, Joyce continues to support the business at a strategic level, particularly in areas of compliance, oversight, and corporate governance. Her background as a Level 7 qualified Non-Executive Director brings additional depth to the company’s regulatory and operational standards.

Joyce’s professional experience spans real estate investment, business advisory, and board-level leadership, ensuring Century 21 Gibraltar remains aligned with best practice, integrity, and long-term sustainability.
